Precious Flower Healthcare is a Toronto-based Adult Day Program incorporated with a commitment to fostering hope, well-being, and health through anti-oppressive practices. Our mission is to empower individuals with unique abilities, focusing on rebuilding confidence, nurturing dignity, and enhancing self-worth. With a dedication to active community engagement, transparent communication, and compassionate care, we strive to facilitate the seamless integration of our clients into their communities.

Founder and Leadership

Nadine Sewell, the Founder and Sole Owner, is a Certified Personal Support Worker and Developmental Service Worker with expertise in G-tube feeds, Tracheotomy care, and complex medical support. Her journey from South Manchester, Jamaica, to Canada instilled a passion for making a positive impact on individuals' lives. Inspired by her role model, Mrs. Rhoden, she founded Precious Flower Healthcare in 2015, determined to create inclusive communities and make a unique difference.

Nadine is at the helm of daily operations, managing essential aspects such as payroll, treasury, and overall strategic direction. Her extensive experience and dedication to our mission are central to the success and growth of the organization.
